Instructions
- Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Once it reaches a boil, take it off the heat and allow it to cool for about a minute.
- Add 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for extra benefits.
- Give it a good stir and let it cool before serving.
